Argumentative Paper Radical Feminism Could you ever imagine in this country a man and a women being in the same room and having equal rights? This idea would be possible if all the protesting stopped and would never happen again. The idea of Feminism has shaped this country since the Seneca Falls Convention in 1838. Since that Convention it has grown and prospered into something new known as “Radical Feminism.” Radical Feminism today is out of place in society and should not be supported. The idea of Feminism begun at the Seneca Falls Convention. Feminism is a great idea because it gives women the same rights as men. Everyone should be created equal no matter what skin, sex, and religion. The idea that that is not okay is “radical feminism.” …show more content…

If you really think about this carefully it is wrong, due to both genders have more rights of each other. There is evidence that women and men have more rights than each other so it is equal. This statement comes from (Thought Catalog), it states “Women have the right to vote without agreeing to die, Women have the right to choose parenthood, Women have the right to be assumed caregivers for children, Women have the right to be assumed caregivers for children.” This statement that radical feminists claim is false due to this because both genders have more rights than each …show more content…

This evidence was uncovered from (Thought Catalog), men on their 18th birthday have to enlist themselves to the government in case there is a war they may be selected to fight. Women do not have to do this act by law, but then many complain that they want to fight. More excuses come with this that radical feminists like to use such as men can fight but women can not. The drafting process should be able to be open to women. If you look at history some women were the greatest fighters in wars. Here are some examples of these women from mental floss Lise Børsum Refugee Smuggler, Barbara Lauwers: Propaganda Warrior, Annie Fox Pearl Harbor Nurse, Violette Szabo Fearless Spy, Hannie Schaft, Dutch Resistance Fighter, and Felice Schragenheim Underground Operative. Those are just some examples but there are many more besides these. Some of these excuses that radical feminists say can get really out of proportion. There are so much evidence to prove most of these statements
