“Hurt” was a collaborative documentary featuring 250 marginalized young people from rural communities across Australia to explore the prevalence of domestic violence. The purpose of this project was to empower and provide a sense of identity to the individuals and their stories. The purpose behind “Hurt” as well as other notable projects is to work with communities to find solutions to the problems they face as well as creating cultural activity and social cohesion which is a driving force for personal development as well as development for the region and communities in general.
