An action is therefore unethical if the person doing the action is only concerned about the self and not about the good and the other.

This is a very important problem in today’s world because businesses have a tendency to ignore basic human rights in their never ending competition to make as much money as possible. Having poor working conditions impacts the society in such a way that workers are depressed and do not work in peace.
