There has been some discussion lately in regards to abortion. Some people and officials feel as if women would use the abortion to neglect the responsibilities as a mother. Some feel as if the women should make their own decision because they have to live with them on their conscience. All in all, the woman and rights to abortion can go against most people’s religion. President Obama strongly believes that every woman should have her own decision when it relates to their body. President Obama also believes that he should protect the woman’s freedom to make the choices she wants to make that will be at the best interest for her and her family. President Obama wants to reassure that the government will not interfere with the private and personal family matters of a woman. President Obama strongly wants the decision of an abortion to be left between the woman, her family, and her doctor. He also feels as if he is committed to making sure everyone involved has the same rights, freedoms, and opportunities as all others. The politicians are at a point where they are opposing each other’s thoughts approaching an anti-abortion measures. The people that pass the laws are at a standstill when reaching a decision to allow or deny abortion. Changes are currently being made to existing bills to further help justify the court’s split on abortion laws.
