Hard-of-hearing people for example can use a standard telephone with the addition of a headset or amplifier, while some hard-of-hearing people may prefer a TTY deaf persons rely on it, or a relay service to communicate as we (hearing people) would on a telephone.

On the highway, that increases exponentially, so the rider is basically hearing constant white noise that is as loud as gasoline-powered lawn equipment. Helmet manufacturers are at work to improve designs to prevent permanent hearing loss for riders, but any helmet that covers the ears is better than no helmet at all.

There handicap used to stop them or inhibit them from doing something that they are interested in or there friends and neighbors would do. However in today there are new and different technologies, that help the deaf and hearing impaired in the activities in which they want to participate in which is hard for them to take part in because of there handicap. Technology is used to help with everyday tasks in the lives of deaf and hearing impaired individuals. With out this new technology which is being invented everyday, deaf and hearing impaired people may be considered to have a handicap which prevents them from certain activities, but this is not the case anymore, now these people just have different obstacles which through the use of technology they are learning to over come. They can do anything that regular normal range of hearing individuals can do, due to the new technology being invented everyday.
Another program is capable of warning you if you’ve forgotten the seatbelt. It is also a good thing, because the person would be more informed, and remember it, and at the end do it automatically. If the driver keeps ignoring the sounds, the device could inform parents, that the driver continues to demonstrate risky driving behaviors. Of course it is an exceedingly effective and helpful program, but personally I would not prefer it. If I drove a car with such a program, I wouldn’t feel comfortable. I would always think that there are might someone watching all my actions and it would not feel right.

In conclusion the helmet has been a huge help in preventing more head injuries. The helmet has been improved throughout the years and since it originated it has followed through with its purpose. We are in the year 2013 and yet scientist are trying to improve the helmet as much as they can, the future to come from the helmet is very bright. There are faster and stronger cars out there, so cyclist are bound to get hit more, the helmet is yet to get stronger. Personally helmets are a big part of me I enjoy cycling a lot, but I know there is a lot of safety that comes with it.
