2.4: Design strategies for improvement
The personal networking helps to build relationship with a larger range of people. Here to make the relationship some strategies need to be taken. Figure 4: Designing Network Strategy, (McBride. and Quarry, 2010)

The Tesco Plc should identify the present condition and then make plan and also should select the ideal network. If the network is not properly constructed then it may have the bad impact on the communication process. The strategies that Tesco Plc can be taken are described in the following section:

But in order to satisfy the present demand of the changing business world the communication process needs to be improved. But in order to improve the present scenario the company should identify the possible weakness of the communication process. These are:
• Communication can be misunderstood as the people are from different cultures, backgrounds and so on.
• Because of the lacking of the interpersonal skills the fruitful communication process may not be possible.
• The flow of the huge information can be the other reason for the miscommunication and so on (Wenburg and Wilmot, 2010).
The possible solutions of the problems are discussed below:
• Arrange the training program so that so that the employees may develop their interpersonal skills to communicate in a fruitful way.
• Ensure the simplicity of the information that is flowed
• Reduce the hierarchy of the organization to ensure the quick flow of information
• Avoid any kind of jargon or complex meaning that the readers may not understand.
• The face-to-face communication is a possible solution to ensure the proper flow of information.
• Implementation of the better IT based process for this reason (Wenburg and Wilmot, 2010).
