Name of the movie is named after Article 21 of the Indian Constitution in which no person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty. Table No. 21 touches upon the social issue of ragging. Analysis Definition: - “Ragging is a negative form of interaction of the seniors in school or college with the juniors or newcomers. It involves insult (simple, sexual and even physical), running for the work of seniors and many other activities” In the movie, Vivaan and his friends ragged Akram by putting lizard in the food of Akram, forcefully make him to drink alcohol, to bring a single piece of chalk from 3rd floor and made him to do that for more than 30 times, asked him vulgar questions and after every question they assaulted Akram, made him to beat the gate of shop with bat and when he tried to complain to the principal, He and his friends beat him a lot and made him nude in front of his friends, cut his hair and after these acts, he felt so embarrassed that he became mentally ill.
