A Quilt and a Country is a story written by Anna Quindlen about the destruction of the Twin Towers in new york on September 11 2002. The main thing she talked about is the different diversities in America and how everything here works. The main idea of Immigrant Contribution is how immigrants have help us over time. How they have invented more than most people. The similarities between the two are that they are both about immigrants and the different diversities of america. For example the both talked about blacks and how they were treated. The also talked about how blacks made america what it is today. The also talked about what it is to be an American and what an American Identity is. The differences are the main point of the stories.
