Watching America’s Got Talent, the viewers are seeing a welcomed new face to the cast: Tyra Banks. On stage helping with the contestants, the star is seen calming people’s nerves before they go on. After the performance is over, she is helping them take in the judge’s decision after their fate is decided. The new host of America’s Got Talent is seen paying someone a compliment on the show. There aren’t as many women paying compliments to other women as you might think. In fact, most of the time women don’t compliment each other at all. There feeling is that it might be a sign of weakness. Or that it might ruin a career opportunity pointing out that someone else is doing a good job. This makes silence a safe bet.
