Death, blood, violence, hatred, segregation, these are only but a few words that could describe the horrors one man caused to too many people across Europe, and across the world. It seems strange that this same man once had the ambition to be a priest in his Catholic Church, or the fact that he was even catholic. Even more strange, is the fact that Hitler had dreams of becoming a professional painter instead of a war leader. It could have taken just a simple push to cause Hitler to avoid causing the malice events he caused to too many people. If we look closely, Hitler’s life could be separated into a series of segments that will automatically go in chronological order to tell a tale of severe suffering of innocent lives. The main points in which one could mainly focus on is: Hitler’s childhood, how he came into power, how he got allies, the holocaust, Hitler’s death, and what his real plans were for success.
On April 20, 1889 Braunau, Austria-Hungry gave birth to a soon to be well known man, Adolf Hitler. His father, Alois Hitler, was a customs official and his mother, Klara Hitler, was a kind-hearted lady to her son. Hitler was one of five siblings, but he did not have to compete for his mother’s love for three of his four siblings died either due to the outbreak of diphtheria that was spreading at the time, or the measles. Only his sister, Paula Hitler, was able to survive to adulthood. As time went by, Alois and his family kept moving from place to place, moving from Braunau to Passau, then Hafeld. For six months, Hitler lived across a Catholic monastery. He joined the church choir and was best known for his gifted voice. In this same monastery he first witnessed the swastika, which would later be used as the Nazi’s main sy...

...throw the Treaty of Versailles, and they wanted to destroy the Soviet Communism that was going on in their time. On November 1, 1936, Germany and Italy signed a treaty of friendship to fight together. Then on September 27, 1940 Italy, Japan, and Germany signed a pact that will make them known as the Axis alliance. This comes to show that anyone who had a common interest with Germany was allied with Hitler but those who opposed were known as their enemies and should be defeated. This was all in Hitler’s mind, and he would let nothing get in his way of world domination.

This ambitious objective can be further dissected into short term and long term goals that provide insight into Hitler’s character, thoughts and actions.
The Holocaust began with a single man. A man who was deranged, yet had a passion for art and reading. A killer who was undeniably smart and was able to create brilliant plans. An individual who fought in a war for Germany but was responsible for the mass murder of millions of people who lived within its boundaries. His name was Adolph Hitler.
Hitler was born in Austria, but was a German soldier. He was thrown in jail by the Nazi government for trying to overthrow it. While he was imprisoned he wrote a book called "Mein Kampf", which tranlates to "my struggle" in English. Soon after he finished the book he was let out of jail early for good behavior. After that he slowly tried to make his way up the government. Hitler became Chancellor of Germany in 1933.
In Hitler's early years, Hitler was born on April 20, 1889. His birthplace was in an inn in Braunau, Austria near the German border(“Zapotary, jr. 264). The ideologies of the Axis Powers were brief excerpts that gave us a small glimpse into the mind and thought processes of Adolf Hitler as well as the fundamental thinking patterns of the Japanese authoritarian regime. The questions that will be addressed in this essay are: From what concrete conditions did the ideas expressed in these documents arise? Why did they achieve such widespread popularity? To what extent might persons even in the Western democracies find such ideas persuasive in the 1930’s?
Taylor holds that although Hitler did not have the intentions to start a worldwide war, he was aware and did expect one to eventually transpire. "His family epitomized the middle class in terms of income, assets, expenditures and standard of living."1 From the beginning Hitler’s parents feared that he would not survive his childhood because he was constantly sick. His mother gave him lots of love, to the extent of overprotection and indulgence. Hitler learned to take advantage of Klara’s concern for him. His father, on the other hand, took more of a distant role while Hitler was growin...

Hitler saw that most of Germany didn’t fit this picture at all, so he decided to solve it in one of the most awful ways possible. The mass murder, or Holocaust of over six million Jews, and long with the innocent Blacks, Gays, Gypsies, and both physically and mentally Handicapped. He mostly targeted the Jewish because in World War II, the Jewish was the main reason why Germany lost in World War II. This mass murder lasted over years and years of murder, forced lab...
Excluding all the tragic things Hitler did, this shows life through his eyes. Adolf Hitler was a Nazi German leader who attempted genocide and was part of one of the worst wars, WWII. Hitler took up the role of initiating the Holocaust, which ended up in the death of numerous Jews. Hitler did not do particularly well in school, leaving formal education in 1905. During the Holocaust, around six million Jews were murdered due to Hitler’s plan to rid Germany of “heterogeneous people” in Germany, as stated in the novel, Life and Death in the Third Reich by Peter Fritzsche. Shortly following a period of suffering, Hitler began leading Germany in 1930 to start the period of his rule, the Third Reich. Over time, his power and support from the country increased until he had full control over his people. Starting from saying “Heil Hitler!” the people of the German empire were cleverly forced into following Hitler through terror and threat. He had a group of leaders, the SS, who were Nazis that willingly took any task given, including the mass murder of millions of Jews due to his belief that they were enemies to Germany. German citizens were talked into participating or believing in the most extreme of things, like violent pogroms, deportations, attacks, and executions. Through the novel’s perspicacity of the Third Reich, readers can see how Hitler’s reign was a controversial time period summed up by courage, extremity, and most important of all, loyalty.
