Adam Lanza is a person whose name will never be forgotten. On December 14th, 2012, Lanza fatally shot 27 people, 20 of which were first graders, all under the age of eight years, and seven adults, including his own mother. Lanza committed these crimes just moments before pointing the weapon he used to his head and pulling the trigger. Not only was Lanza's crime a shock to people around the world, but it majorly affected the peaceful town of Newtown, Connecticut in which the shootings took place. This is because the town hadn't witnessed a homicide since ten years prior.
