While many people believe that the legalization of abortion protects women from harm regarding pregnancy, however that is not the case according to an article on the Americans United for Life website. The website is the center of a community known as ‘Pro-Life’ whose mission is to make abortions illegal in order to save the lives of thousands of babies as well as protect women from the dangerous procedure. The article first establishes that abortion has health risks, such as cardiac arrest, renal failure, and shock. Second, abortions can cause psychological and physical consequences. Americans United for Life uses its website to help teach people about abortion and why it is bad, making this article pro-life. Abortion has many risks that go with it, some of them the same things women would go through if they decided to have the child, and many much worse than going through with the pregnancy. Pro-choice has no place in this article and any arguments about health safety would not stand up to the vast knowledge that the website possesses. In many cases, this is an area where pro-choice has lost.
Planned Parenthood is a very popular subject that pops up whenever the topic of abortion is discussed. It is a clinic well known for providing abortions in addition to many other services having to do with pregnancy. Those services including STD testing and treatment, cancer screening, and other women's health services. Recently, based on a Washington Post article, it has been discovered that Planned Parenthood may be lying about the percentage of abortions that make up their pregnancy services. The clinic claims that abortions only make up 3% while other sources say 94%. Now that is a big difference. Both numbers are misleading and there is no true way to figure out the real percentage. Is it fair to be told “ No you can’t do that” when you believe what your doing is the right thing to do. No its not fair! that is why i have picked abortion rights. Abortion by definition means the way of ending pregnancy by removing fetus from the womb before it is able to survive independently. Abortion is an extremely debatable issue because while some people are completely against it, others believe that a woman should have the right to choose. Abortion decision is like killing own child or killing an innocent human life before coming out from uterus. I will explain how a human life is being destroyed, the process in which they destroy the fetus, and how to avoid this situation all together I believe that abortion is morally impermissible.
