It tries to challenge the biggest recruitment agencies and head-hunters offices. I had the opportunity during my internship to face one of the most important changes in the company: the manager of Barcelona and Geneva’s offices, also minority shareholder, left the company in one month. As I know that it could change the content of my internship report and complicate it, I remind you that I will just lead my study as if he was still working in the company, for the main part of the report (parts 2. and 3.).
Approach People Recruitment was established in 2000 in Dublin by John Murat and Laurent Girard-Claudon, both coming from France. They decided to settle in Ireland because the country enjoyed a huge growth in its economy in the late 1990’s.
