1. Develop an action plan for becoming a master leader. Discuss the challenges associated with your development plan.
An action plan for becoming a master leader I need to first do a self-assessment. I need to find out what my strength are. A good tool to use is the Myers-Briggs test. Once I have an understand of my strengths I need to create a mission/goals to achieve. For example, my goal is to become a master leader for private practice. Once I decide on where I need to develop the skill necessary to obtain those goals. It is also helpful to have a mentor. A good leader knows what he/she can handle and how they should delegate tasks to a certain individual. One leader may be good and handling the day-to-day operations were another is better at handling finances. A good learned recognizes that and can handle issues face on.

3. Do you think that master leaders can emerge in all hierarchical levels? I believe they can. The reason I state this is because as a leader you should be able to perform all jobs. But in the other sense, they may be to emerge in all hierarchical levels it doesn't mean they are better at that specific level than another person. Each leader will have the strength and weakness. What is good is that it can be recognized. 4. Can you apply the concept of master leadership to an organization in different industries? I believe so the reason is because master leaders should help build healthcare integrity. The goal is to improve quality care, improve the relationship between physician and patient, which builds trust. In any industry, you will always have a leader to guide your employees.
