Bo Meyer “See you guys tomorrow” I yelled. “Bye” everyone else hollered, but Molly L. was still there.” you excited” I asked her. She gave me her creepy rat smile and said “ O ya”. I knew by her face that she was going to go for the part of the party girl too. “Well then let's see who gets a party girl.’’ I told her with sly voice. “ Alright then let's see who does get the part or maybe we'll both get it,”she told me straight up. “Okay well it is the Nutcracker after all there can be more than one girl in a family” I told her. We both waved goodbye and found our rides. When i got into the car I thought to myself was Molly L. going to give me a hard time about this. Little did I know …show more content…
After my breakfast I ran as fast as I could to the car.”Wait” Shouted my Mum. “What” I Asked with a sigh. “ I hope you get the part you want” She told me. my American girl dolls name is Rosey. Me and Molly L. were so excited. But when we started things did not go so well. We started to due the beginning of the party scene and that all went fine, but then we started to do the part where we stop and Uncle Drosselmeier came in. Molly L. and I decided that we wanted to be sisters that hated each other. We did that for one run through and then she didn’t like it. Then we started to fight! “I don’t think that we should do this anymore, I don't like it you keep tugging on my dress and pretending to yell at me!” She whispered yelled at me. “Well. This is what we agreed on so I was just trying to act out the part lil missy!”I said louder. By that point Ms.Otoole heard us
The night was tempestuous and my emotions were subtle, like the flame upon a torch. They blew out at the same time that my sense of tranquility dispersed, as if the winds had simply come and gone. The shrill scream of a young girl ricocheted off the walls and for a few brief seconds, it was the only sound that I could hear. It was then that the waves of turmoil commenced to crash upon me. It seemed as though every last one of my senses were succumbed to disperse from my reach completely. As everything blurred, I could just barely make out the slam of a door from somewhere alongside me and soon, the only thing that was left in its place was an ominous silence.
In a nearby national park, a wonderful young family had their picnic. The small family had a baby named Willow. She was two years old. They ate near a beautiful, glittering cave. The family heard a howl as they stared into the depths of the cave. Suddenly, red eyes peered back with a low, haunting growl. Willow’s family bolted through the pine forest. Willow slipped out of her mother’s arms. Her mother continued running, but once she looked back, Willow was too far away to save.
Crack! I heard something huge crash on the port above. The whole world turned upside down and everything went black. “Father!” I yelled as dozens of precious lists and charts flew at my face. I was flung to my side and then was emerged in cold, white water.
Autumn was approaching, and so was Mary Beth’s birthday party. Incredibly, all the girls invited, including me, showed up. We even brought presents, the ones our moms had carefully picked out in consideration. We were too reluctant and far too busy with our own lives to shop for a person we mocked. The arrival of girls seemed unrealistic until I discovered why they had come. It was a party, who wouldn’t show up?
The night before, I didn’t practice my English so I knew what to say. By now, I knew most of the words, so I would just let my heart guide me. Besides, my cramped old house, which is actually just a junky garage in an abandoned alley, is too small to let out my feelings. Once I got to school after a cold walk in the snow, I placed myself by her locker and waited. Fourteen minutes had gone by, and still no sign of Lily. I only had a minute to get to class now, so I hurriedly collected myself and ran to my locker. I was disappointed, knowing that without Lily here, it would be the hardest day of school. I opened my locker and to my surprise a note fell to the floor. I quickly picked it up and gazed at the neat handwriting that clearly spelled my name.
The small legs that whisked back and forth in the open space of the vehicle were full of energy. The young girl spent the day with the two people she admired the most. A bigger version of herself sat in the passenger seat with her husband driving next to her. They laughed over conversation. Every so often, the girl would stick thin fingers against her mother’s shoulder to receive her attention. She would say something trivial and obvious, but her mother would still entertain her. She absorbed every phrase her daughter said as if each filled her with a tremendous joy and was the greatest thing ever spoken. Her mother had selected a black dress for her today with a large white ribbon tied around her midsection. Her hair had been combed back in two braids so that the tips were touching her shoulder blades. They were coming home late from a Christmas party at church.
On September 11, 2000, I was in a little cafe in downtown New York when a young man came and sat right in front of me in my booth. Being occupied with my work, i didn’t look up until the waitress came over to refill my coffee. “ That’s quite a nice laptop you have. You must be really important to have one of those.” he joked. I just shook my head and mumbled “mhhm”. Neither of us had said anything else so, thinking he would leave i just went back to my work. 10 minutes passed by and we was still there. I looked up, “ Don't you have to be at a job?”, i said. He replied, ”My job requires me to meet new people and write about my experiences.” there was a confused silence, “i work for a newspaper, you may have heard of it, it's called the new york
Later on, I began to worry if she reached the house safely. After all, she had seemed apt to getting lost. So I went to go check the grandmother’s house to see if she had arrived yet. When I knocked on the door, nobody answered. The grandmother wasn’t there. “Probably went to one of those tea parties again” I thought. “But I can’t disappoint the little girl.” Because of the thought of poor Little Red Riding Hood finding out her grandmother wasn’t there and being miserable, I decided to pose as the grandmother for the little girl so she wouldn’t be crushed. So, I got into the old lady’s clothes and got in the bed and waited.
The first stop was Monica’s class room. We walked through the never ending hallway, searching for Monica’s classroom like detectives on a mission to find a key to the unknown door. We found the Monica’s classroom and dropped her off. The next stop was mine. I found myself getting more nervous each step, I toke. Suddenly my mom and my dad stopped walking and told me that this was my classroom.
“Mauricio Mauricio wake up” my aunt shouted. “you have a new brother!” my aunt scream. I woke up and half of my face is covered by the shiny sun on my face and the other side I see my aunt. I was excited because my newborn brother was born and he was at the hospital with my mom and dad. I was at my aunt's house and I was walking all over the place and wanted to see my brother already. I heard the sound of the keys shaking and heard someone saying “let's go”! It was my aunt waiting for me in front the door to take me to the hospital. I shut the door from the car and could hear my footsteps of all the fast running.
Then her stepmother said she may not ever see her best friend again and she had to tell her friend that she never wanted to see her again and she was a bad influence. It was a demand so she had to do it. Ellie thought it was a joke and said Ella come on stop playing; Ella said I'm not and closed the door on her face. Ella was sad so she ran up to her room. While Ella was up in her room Ella's real sister walked in the house with a piece of paper their Step mother said what do you have in your hands? Ella's sister said nothing and her stepmother grabbed the invitation that I sent to Ella inviting her to my ball. After Ella's step mother read the invitation she called oh Ella go pick up some flowers for your sisters and my bouquet of flowers.
She decided she wanted to have a big party at her house. She invited all the girls in our class. I was so excited to finally spend some time with Leah outside of school, even if it meant sharing her with twelve other girls. I put on one of my best dresses for Leah’s party, making sure I wouldn’t outshine the birthday girl. I excitedly walked to Leah’s house, present in hand, with a smile on my face.
...e greatest prank in our school’s history. And she stopped Mrs. DeCostia from stealing from Mrs. Redrik” Then he took my hand and led me down the hall, past all of my friends, to the stairs. I stopped. “What was that for?” “I was just giving credit where credit was due.” He slipped his hand into his pocket and pulled out a rather large ring. “You knew the whole time?!?” “Yeah when we and Matt moved the desk it fell out and I picked it up, I was waiting to give it back until DeCostia got busted.” “Oh my god…” “Anyway, what are we doing tonight? Movies, ice-cream, maybe some pizza?” “We’re hanging out tonight?” “Yeah I have to hang out with my girlfriend to celebrate the undermining of our psycho home wrecking teacher.” “Your girlfriend?” “Yeah...” He said into my hair as he put his hands around my waist and pulled me closer to him “Who else would I hang with tonight?”
The dark, black sky was covered with a million bright shining stars. The moon shimmered above a small town in the suburbs of London. The gentle wind swept past the bare trees and danced with the leaves below it, creating a colourful array of orange, yellow, red and brown. Across the street, a light was on in a small house where a tall, dark haired woman stood, talking to her two children Nicola and Erin. While she was tucking them in Erin asked, “Mummy, will you tell us a story please?” “I’m sorry but its time to go to sleep now,” she said. “Please mummy,” begged Nicola “Okay but only one story,” she replied “This story is about how I got lost when I was a young girl and how I met an incredible man. It all began when…”
We ran around the apartment that night. Our minds clouded with energized excitement and smiles upon our faces. Her mother wasn’t home that night, it was a weekend, so we were being extra loud. Our laughter and shouts were to be clearly heard by the other with purposes of reminding the other of our mission.
