Dolls in the grass, the echoing screech of a car's brakes, dad is screaming, mom is crying and rose’s world went dark. The year is 3017, precisely 8 years after the ‘accident’ happened. She could remember it perfectly. She knew she was only four but she could remember her, she looked up to her, loved her, her best friend, her sister. They said she ran away after Twinkle her cat was hit by a car, but Liberty didn't believe them Rose wouldn't leave her she would never leave her.And that's why she left them. It was about 12:00 PM when Liberty left. honestly leaving is was hard at all when her mom and dad hardly knew she existed. She had run looking for her sister. And sure she had had a few run ins with the police but that didn't make her a bad person did it?. She was a runaway, And the mayor didn't like that. He had just written a new order to get rid of the runaways to make the city look nicer it was ultimately useless no one even looks up from their phones anymore. But Liberty knew where they took the runaways, she knew that the people would be taken in groups into a mysterious looking white tiled building. She didn't know what they did inside the building, she had heard it was a police station, a hospital, and a phone company. she was trying to piece together her memories but it was hard. It was like trying to solve a puzzle with half of the pieces missing impossible. She would get angry at herself and with that she gave up. It has to be a hospital liberty thought as a small group of children resting on stretchers were pushed into the door of the white building. But that didn't make sense she had seen perfectly healthy runaways pushed into that same entry way she had seen criminals pushed through she had even seen animals walk into that very door! Her thoughts were then interrupted when a hard cold steel fist hit her stomach she crumbled to the floor at the feet of the robotic officer and her vision went dark She was in the robotic police station where only the clacking of keyboards could be heard quite peaceful actually until…....“Like i said, my parents were walking in the park and i had to leave to use the bathroom!” Liberty yelled. practically screaming. The robotic officer told her to shut up because she was making a scene.
