1.The importance of motivation in education and student learning.
When children are learning there education it is very important for the children to have all the motivation that they can handle as an individual child do to the way each child learns on a normal basis. Education comes in different formats so that each child would be able to learn on there own level.Motivation can be a pattern for some children because some children can learn better when they are being motivated. Children learning styles can take an effect on the way that they learn from what they are learning and how they learn it.The children learning comes from a variety of teaching activities that goes with there age and grade level. When children are learning they look for the teachers approval in having a positive reinforcement about learning and having open communication when learning on some many different level.Motivation in a education part is to keep the children updated with the different learning styles into how to complete a task knowing that they understand how to complete the different learning by motivation and letting them know how they are doing.WWW.Pearson Education.com Tammy L.Stephens …show more content…

Having different activities that deals with the children personality in the way that they learn while having group time. When the teacher is teaching the children the teacher can guide the children into doing the work by giving them examples of how to complete the assignments that are given to them.Giving the children same assignment but just in a different way to see which child needs more help when learning.     In my observation, I have seen the teachers address children more often as individuals than as a group. There were many times when the children need individual care or attention more so than as a group. A prime example that I observed was when a child misbehaved, and one child got hurt. All the children would sit in a group and do various learning activities such as naming pictures of animals, saying the ABC song, and doing shapes. If children could not name an animals the teacher would make the sound for that animal to help encourage the children to guess. In my opinion, the teachers were not always flexible when it came to certain activities. When the children were doing station play, this was not a flexible activity; the children were placed in small groups and had 10 to 15 min increments to explore each station. If a child did not like the station, they had to stay with that station until it was time to change.
