From my LSI survey results my primary thinking style is “The constructive style” which includes Humanistic and Affiliative styles of thinking. According to the Survey this style of thinking enables me to make decisions that allows me to improve myself and to build healthy relationships with the people around me. The constructive styles I can use to my advantage especially in my professional life because it brings about positive traits that can add on to my road to success. With this class and the things it’s bringing into light to be a successful manager/leader I can use the thinking styles to link to the theories to be successful as a leader and add on to my already existing leadership skills.
