COMMUNICATION ANXIETY is very common in the world of PUBLIC SPEAKING mainly because of fear. Maybe the speaker is not sure how the audience will accept or feel about their message, so the in the result of this fear ends up becoming sweaty palms, scrambled thoughts, and stuttering from the speaker, and as for the audience, skeptical thoughts. The good news is that by implementing distinctive steps within fundamentals, delivery, and research, once fearful speakers can generate massive confidence and drastically reduce and even remove speaking anxiety.

The fundamentals of PUBLIC SPEAKING can also be considered the foundation of PUBLIC SPEAKING. In a nutshell fundamentals include having something to say, being organized, and knowing the audience. Redundancy in PUBLIC SPEAKING is powerful; it will help the speaker achieve their ultimate goal of communicating a lasting message to the audience effectively. Ultimately, the speaker has more responsibility than the audience because not only is the speaker requesting the time and attention of the audience, but the speaker is also taking on the active role so it is important that the speaker practices and prepares as much as possible.

Many companies sell miscellaneous products all across the Internet, but two stand out drastically among them all, Zappos and Amazon. One important factor contributes to this, delivery. By taking into account the total needs and wants of customers Zappos and Amazon produce huge profit numbers each year. According to an article from The Indian Express, “customers are willing to play 22 percent more for good service experience”.
