Business Analysis of a Company

Let me introduce you to a DJ company based in Walsall, West Midlands.

The DJ company is called B-Loud Entertainments and has provided a

service of musical entertainment for many years. The Company has

several arms to the corporation.

1. We offer a service of a full Dj setup upon which the DJ will play

and mix the music.

2. We also hire out equipment for personal parties for people who wish

to operate the equipment themselves.

3. We also offer dancing performers and various instruments players.

4. We also have a full team of electrical engineers who repair and

service DJ equipment.

The manager of the DJ set up section is having problems keeping track

of all the bookings he has received with the current paper based

system. This has resulted in the DJ turning up late for bookings and

has lost the company a lot of business. The business cannot function

efficiently until this problem has been solved. He has approached the

I.T specialists of the business to provide an effective solution to

record all the bookings and relevant details to that booking. The

manager of the DJ setup wants an automated invoice procedure. Details

of the booking must be easily retrievable to enable discussion between

DJ and customer. Payment terms will need to be worked out with
