bstract—This paper aimed at functional requirements with CRAC (computer room air conditioning) inverter test system, and realized the test system hardware platform design, while completing the software functional design and programming algorithm. For example in Self-Made 10Kw inverter and Schneider ATV31H 2.2Kw inverter, we research on its output three-phase voltage, three-phase current for balance analysis and harmonic calculations. Practical application shows that the system can achieve efficient automated test process, and the measurement results with manual measurement are the same. Keywords—Air Conditioner Inverter; variable frequency drives (VFD); Harmonic Analysis; Balance Analysis. I. INTRODUCTION With the rapid development of communication technology, communications equipment and ancillary equipment energy consumption increases every year. Communication operators and manufacturers pay more and more attention on this issue. It is effectively guarantee the normal operation of communications equipment that extensive use of air-conditioning equipment. Meanwhile it brought great energy issues. Data show that: 73% of the energy consumption of China Mobile is base station energy consume, And the energy consumption rate of 15% for the communications room. The base station with a room which has 46% of energy is generated by the air-conditioning, and in the communications room, the air conditioning power consumption accounted for 34% [1]. The computer room precision air-conditioning power consumption accounts for about 50% of total consumption, the data room is as high as 60% [2]. Frequency conversion is currently one of the most suitable energy-saving technologies for air-conditioning [3, 4]. The MCE is typically in the range of (1-5) k/T (in terms of the adiabatic temperature change). This modest change in temperature is obviously not sufficient for applications such as domestic refrigeration etc. [24].
This testing level will also occur during the early development of the application but not until each of one of the subsystem’s unit functions have been fully tested and are ready to be implemented. While all three subsystems, financial, appointments, and patient records may not be tested in tandem each should be able to have basic testing performed with the use of test cases for input. Once they have completed testing, we could then use the same or similar test cases for the integration level testing of all subsystems.

This paper propose an adequate approach of charging and recharging Smartphone batteries by Converting Power to Data and transmitted through a Wi-Fi ( Radio Wave) connectivity, also interconnect with Power consumption application that will automate and asynchrous power consumptions . The outcome of this research is recharge Smartphone batteries whenever Wi-Fi connectivity is available and accessible. And not to worry

In this paper, I will talk about how AC circuits can be described by considering voltage and current using complex numbers. An AC circuit requires two separate numbers to be able to completely describe it. This is because it takes into account the amplitude and the phase of the current. The fact that complex numbers can be easily added, subtracted, multiplied or divided with each other makes them ideal for this operation where both amplitude and phase have to work together.
The factors for exponential growth for air-conditioning are the HVAC Market, energy, environment, communication, societal, political, preparing for the future, looking ahead, and the conclusion. Buildings of the U.S. use approximately 35% of the nation’s precise total of energy consumption. The worth of shipments by U.S. HVAC manufacturers was over $28 billion of 1996. Since there are 52,000 CHC chillers needed to be replaced among the U.S., there’s a large opportunity for new chillers, new technology for the HVAC industry. The ozone depletion is an international issue in which is currently being resolved. The 3rd world countries are still allowed to manufacture CFC’s. Illegal imports of CFC’S to the U.S. is a consistent concern. Many illegal imports are virgin CFC’s. Those whom have a political overtones are specifically the ones whom create a protectionism of local commerce, having a negative impact on those inside and out of the country.
The design and build of simulation has two parts, part one is simulation of LED indicator for motor speed recognize and part 2 is simulation of V/F speed control of Linear induction motor. Firstly, design a control function in front panel of LabVIEW, it use for a control system interface and show the LED indicator for speed control of frequency variable. Secondly, build up a simulation module of the block panel, which function on the palette indicate the frequency calculations. After set the value of the frequency by turning the “Frequency Variable” knob, the value will be sent to the Logics used. It is a human machine interfaces design software that is user friendly.
The dc power input to the inverter is obtained from an existing power supply network or from a rotating alternator through a rectifier or a battery, fuel cell, photovoltaic array or magneto hydrodynamic generator. The filter capacitor across the input terminals of the inverter provides a constant dc link voltage. The inverter therefore is an adjustable-frequency voltage source. The configuration of ac to dc converter and dc to ac inverter is called a dc-link converter. Inverters can be broadly classified into two types, voltage source and current source
Life changed immensely in the 20th century as air conditioning and refrigeration systems became more efficient and controllable. Air Conditioning and Refrigeration play important roles in providing human comfort, food processing, storage, and many other industrial processes. We chose this topic because our life would be difficult without AC and Refrigeration. This paper will talk about the history of air conditioning and refrigeration, the role of engineers in designing and building it, people’s life before and after air conditioning and refrigeration, and finally Applications in the area of achievements and future developments.

The stages included in the green computing lifecycle are: strategy, designing, implementation, operations and repeated improvements. It is important to note that there are 5 central green computing technologies that have been advocated by GCI including: Green Computing Data Centers, Cloud Computing, Power Optimization and Virtualization. There are a number of companies who are already using these technologies and approaches in their production processes and services. Companies like Dell and HP are also using these technologies by offering a specialized PC recycling ...
