“Gipsy we’ll start to hire a new crew for you.” Mako announce so sudden that I stumbles backward a little bit.
“Get me Raleigh,” I said.
I didn’t want anyone except Raleigh and Yancy in my head, I don’t care who’s the next Co-pilot, just get me Raleigh and I’m fully ready for combat.
“I don’t know how to answer this but he has slip off the grid for a few years now.” Mako grimaces.
“Then find him!” I yell, make Mako and all the workers startles. My temper got out of control. I remember I was very patient back at Anchorage, after all these years I have lost it.
“I’ll… I’ll try my best.” Mako babbling at my sudden outburst and the workers silently continues working. She walk down the catwalk towards LOCCENT Center, she better get him here for me or I’ll burn this place without hesitate.

A week later
I got along with Cherno, Crimson and Striker real fast. In our free time we usually walk together and talk about different topics such as how we kill our first Kaiju and stuffs.
Striker is not very sociable. He rarely joins in our conversations and he often isolates himself from the other. Whenever we try to talk to him, he just shrug, nod or say a super short sentence such as “Yes, that’s great.” Or “No, I didn’t like it.”
We try to talk to Striker’s pilots once but they said they have to keep it a secret or Striker will literally hang them on top of the Shatterdome for a day.
“It happens once, we got stuck up there until midnight, and Striker finally releases us.” Charles Hansen (A.K.A Chuck) shivers at the memory.
“He’s an ice prince Gipsy, I think you should engage conversations with him and when he gets along with you, he’ll tell you his secret.” Hercules ...
... middle of paper ...
...rtures and I don’t want to be a victim for any of these things.
“Am I evil?” Striker inquires absently.
All of us then start to use our CPU to think about an answer that’d not provoke Striker or he’ll send us fly around the globe and then finally land in front of him.
“Yes, I mean no, I mean…” I start rambling. “Both.” Crimson, Cherno and me said in unison.
“You’re not talented in lying, Gizzy.” He lowers his head to look at me straight in the face, and then Striker whispers:
“Look, I know that you’re worry about me but I’m fine and I didn’t need any sympathy from you or anyone else.”
I feel itchy. I actually care for him and how could he… snap me off like that?
“Hoo Roo,” He said and walks away.
“What’s that?” I ask Crimson and Cherno. Both of them just shrug.
It’s way harder than I thought and… I need to do some research about the meaning of “Hoo Roo.”
“You don’t know me.” My voice sounded as unsteady as his stance. He shrugged as he chuckled; the laughter turned my blood cold. He seemed to know something I did not.
“Wojek officer if you could be so kind to fulfill my request I can make it all the worthwhile.”
The pilot moves his head to look behind Max as he asks, “Where is your plus one?”
In a deep gravely voice “Fine, your job is to stay behind and guard the base with your life, do I make my self clear!?”
“Well, how are we going to get there any other way? It's the only place where I know someone who can undo this.” staring at his hands.
"We need to meet him at another secure warehouse. He won't tell me why the plan was changed, but I need to go meet him. So, I have a question to ask you... Do you want to continue being under his control?"
“Life justs goes on.” Dad responded. Putting his hand on my shoulder, “Don't worry about it too much Elena.
“You need to let this go. I know you’re in pain, but you can’t keep drinking down your problems.”
But no one listened to him like always and Jensen didn’t have the energy or time to say more as the hands holding him in place left without a warning, and his body slid down the wall heavily. He heard swearing and a loud yelling but none of it mattered because Chris would come and see him and would never talk to him again.
“Its fine, I’m fine. Don’t care about me please, just get out while you can.”
It wasn’t the loud whistly keow of the Western gulls flying overhead that woke Booker from a dreamless sleep. Nor was it the foul aftertaste of whiskey thickening his saliva. It was the dull throb in his nose and painful ache in his jaw that roused his senses, the discomfort slowly intensifying as his mind floated toward consciousness. A low moan rumbled in the back of his throat, and opening his eyes, he squinted against the harsh sunlight blazing through the open window. Although his brain screamed at him not to move, he pushed himself into a sitting position and touched his nose, his fingers gingerly exploring the bruised flesh and damaged bone before moving down and investigating his swollen jaw. There were no apparent bumps, and he breathed
“I suppose that I have never properly thanked you for saving my life. I am sorry for that. I was not sure then that I wished it saved.”
“Wait! No! You dont need to do that! Come peacefully, and I won’t hurt you…maybe. I’m not suppose to make a commotion,’’ he...
"That's a nice way of looking at it, but I don't know. He looks like a handful to me," Misa
“I don’t want your sympathy or your friendship, I’m fine on my own, I always have been” said Myra avoiding eye contact.
