Tour operators are companies that produce travel products to the industry by using travel products and services of other companies and businesses and make a package with all that products and services. And everything is prepared before the journey is organized, so the price for everything is known also before the journey before tours are publicized and booked, tour managers are involved with planning tour schedules designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients. They organize all the functions that needs a package to be integrated, for example means of transport and reservation in hotels, flights and various events etc. Tour operator’s business provides a range of services, which are ready to be sold as a whole packages by travel agencies or tour operator’s own workplace to big or small groups of tourists or also to one or two people. So tour operator is like a link in a chain between companies that provide services to the tourists and the final customers. Also they provide to customers with advice about where to travel as well as the best means of reaching such destinations.
