PER REPORTER: Pacey said Andaija reported to her allegations regarding her foster parent’s son (Jaquarius) making sexual advances towards her. According to Andaija, Jaquarius touched her on her breast, tried to get her to look at his private area, and grabbing her inappropriately trying to make her sit in his lap. Andaija said this situation has been going on since the second week of her being in the family’s home. Andaija said she reported the allegations to an adoption specialist; which resulted in the lady asking her if anyone in the home was hitting her and when she said no nothing was done about the situation. Pacey said according to Andaija, Jaruarius behaves inappropriately towards her while they are playing hide and seek most times. Pacey also mentioned that Andaija seems to be afraid of Jaruarius as a result of his behavior towards her. It is unknown when the situation last occurred or if the child has been taken to the doctor to be examined for sexual abuse. Pacey said Andaija has threatened to commit suicide before one reason being because of the way Jaquarius has been treating her. Pacey said Andaija did not report having a plan as to how she was going to commit suicide, but she said the child was taken to Alliance Health Care a few weeks ago. According to Andaija, after she returned from Alliance Health Care Mrs. Jackson only gave her the medication she is supposed to take once after supper twice since she has been back. Pacey said she is not sure what type of medication the child is supposed to be taking or if she has been diagnosed with anything. On 3/16/17, Hennepin Child Protection accepted a report alleged physical abuse, domestic violence of Destiny Jennings by half-brother, Montez Jennings. Per reporter Destiny and Ms. Jennings came home and Montez began threatening Ms. Jennings states he was going to “knock that smile off your face” and "you're really gonna get it if you call the police. Per reporter Montez was throwing food at Ms. Jennings and approached her then Destiny stepped in and Montez pushed Destiny away. Per reporter Ms. Jennings had to go outside to call police as Montez threatened to knock the phone away if she tried calling police. Per reporter Ms. Jennings went to the garage because she was afraid for her safety.
PER REPORTER: Patty said Ora brought Etorie into the hospital today to have an assessment done due to the child’s behavior. According to Ora, Etorie is violent and displays deviant behavior inside the family’s home. Etorie threw a knife at her brother about a month age and jumps on him daily. Ora said Etorie has also tried to jump on her causing her to have to restrain her, and she mentioned that last night Etorie hit her with a pillow. Ora also said Etorie has dailey rages and curses both her and her siblings out. Ora said this is not the first time she has been reported to DHS. She said there have been prior accusations called in by family members that she was abusing Etorie. However, she said when DHS came to investigate they did not find anything, and Etorie went to stay with her father until the investigation was over.

At the time of Kaylah’s referral to FACT she was placed in her paternal grandmother's homes in Hillside. Prior to youth residing with her paternal family in Hillside. She was placed in multiple DCP&P foster placements. It was also reported in previous reports that Kaylah has experienced sexual abuse by her older brother and bio-mom nephew. Due to past sexual abuse Kaylah presents as fearful and anxious. While Kaylah was in foster placements she exhibits encopresis and enuresis. She also exhibits some emotional attachment to food. Throughout Kaylah foster placements she continues to have supervise visits with her bio-parents. It has also been reported that Kaylah biological parents at that time was inconsistent

NBC Universal conducted an investigation and fount that there were more than 127 recorded abuse cases in the state of Florida within a two-month period. The reporter stated over the weekend while visiting her father, Makayla was involved in a physical altercation between her stepmother and the father. According to the reporter, Mrs. Vanover told the child she had head lice. Makayla denied having head lice because her mother checked her hair before leaving for the visit.
