Importance Of Goals Essay

Goal setting is a smart great to completing what people want in their lives. Goals provide people a plan and dream and drives us to reach for our goals. Goals are important because they show others that nothing is impossible, and if you want to aim for that goal then go for it. Goals give a person motivation to challenge themselves to the goals they didn’t think they can attain. Deciding what goals I wanted to do was easy. The hard part is actually accomplishing them. It takes a lot for someone to set a goal and actually try multiple things to set it. I’ve created a method for me to achieve my goals. It’s not easy achieving goals it actually a trial and error process. When I don’t succeed I won’t give up, instead I will stand up and try again.

The word itself says I’m possible”. This is a quote that I live by everyday. For example, when I was in a beauty pageant, I was nervous to talk in front of people. Practicing every day made me stronger and when I walked on stage I conquered my fear of public speaking. My strengths are that when I am strong and I don’t give up when a situation gets complicated. I am the type of person who likes to dream big and succeed. The three goals are going to benefit me. Once I accomplish them, I will be the person I want to be. The way I see it is if I try hard and achieve my goal, then it will bring me happiness and determination to make more goals. I’ve set up 3 goals that I want to achieve a 60 day goal, a 1 year and a 5 year. The goals relate to each other so when I’m trying to set them its like climbing a stairs and at the top of the stairs all my goals are

I spend every day watching hair or makeup tutorials and I feel like I’ve been getting way better on doing my hair and makeup. It’s amazing what got into doing peoples hair and makeup. I remember the first time I was searching random videos on YouTube and I came across a makeup video and that’s when I knew I had a passion for doing hair and makeup. My favorite part is knowing there are different varieties of makeup and hairstyles. I had struggles at first when I didn’t know what to do like learning how to curl your hair with a straightener but I then got the hang of it and learned. I have determined that I wanted to show my talents and in a year I will apply to beauty school to better my knowledge of cosmetology. I created a plan on how I’m going to get there and I’m determined that it will work. Beauty School spots get filled up really quickly. The first thing that I will do to guarantee me a spot in beauty school is looking at different varieties of schools, looking at prices and programs and see which one I like the most. Then I will save up my money because beauty school is really expensive because you have to pay for all the supplies they give you. When I save up my money I will have a jar only for my beauty school money just so I have a balance between the money I want to spend and money for beauty school. Every week I will add a dollar in my jar and I am not allowed to take out any money from it.
